Now what is this gift called grace? Grace is not only the unmerited favor of God, but also unmerited divine assistance given to humans for their regeneration or sanctification. It is a virtue coming from God; the approval and privilege given from God.

I feel like it’s halftime now and the best part of the game is about to come and I can’t wait to see what the future holds. Please this Sunday join us as worship together and thank God for 3 years of ministry as a church.

All un-church people really want to know is do you care about me and can I find Jesus through you. Let’s get back to the basics and just serve Jesus to hurting, lost and broken people. Here’s my question: If God removed everything He never intended to be in the church today …. What would the church look like???

He didn’t allow the betrayal of Judas to sideline His ministry. (It actually served Him in a way that enhanced His ministry! Think about it, without the betrayal there would have been no crucifixion, and without the crucifixion there would be no resurrection!!!)

There are actually some people who will take a look at churches like Fresh Start and say that we have allowed worldliness to creep into our methods of presenting the Gospel and getting the word out about our churches and Jesus. Some will say that creativity is not necessary because “the Bible is enough” and just “verbally” telling people about Jesus is enough.

In today’s world we really loosely interchange the title girl and women. However, I think there is a big difference between the two. a girl or a woman.

I am writing this list because so many people meet with me due to their marriages being on what we call the rocks.

It is my prayer that hopeless people feel a drop of God’s love and grace that will erase this bound and miserable feeling. I believe hopelessness is an opportunity for God to share His hope! You’re not alone – God is with you!

It’s time to recognize that everything God calls you to will not be easy. (Where in the BIBLE did God EVER ask anyone to do anything that was easy?) Stop believing that God may perhaps never use you to achieve anything momentous…despite the irresistible Biblical substantiation that God most often accomplished astonishing things through ordinary and mundane people.

You find it in most churches and organizations, people serving and volunteering but at the same time talking about what’s wrong and what they would do differently if they were in charge but never take the proper steps to talk up and not down.

Who came up with the ridiculous idea of whisking away the pastor from the people at the end of service? If we are called to the ministry then we are called into the people business. As pastors and church leaders we are to minister to people with God’s love, life, and words.

Many times in our life we have been judged according to the way we live, talk, and treat others. If our way of living is to help and show kindness to all we encounter, most people opinions of us will be good. On the other hand if we are tyrants in our everyday living, most people will have negative thoughts of us.

How many of you would really like to see breakthroughs in some circumstances and situations not only in your life but in this world?

Some of us will never get to the level God wants because some of the people we are connected to have no passion for unity. In this period of life, disconnection will be necessary from those who don’t want to change.

The resurrection of Christ is amazing and life changing. Everything hinges on the resurrection in our deepest, darkest moments. When we don’t think anything can ever get better the resurrection gives us hope that it can. When we are in the midst of day one or day two of our trials and situations, the resurrection gives us hope that there is a day three and victory is coming.

Great for college or high school students and parents.

I want to make a declaration and say keep fighting. Keep fighting for your family, whether you are fighting for your marriage, fight for your family, fight for your future; just keep fighting! Don’t you lose heart, don’t you give up, this is your month of transformation, because you realize that your family is important and that they are a blessing from God.

No matter what state this devotion finds you in whether happy or sad dwell on God’s love it’s everywhere. Look at the flowers outside they represents His love, the moon at night and the sun during the day represents His love. The next breath you take represents God’s love. Don’t walk around saying he couldn’t love me after what I did last night but remember He loves you.

For some of us our life is missing the secret ingredient. It is not necessarily because we do not have it, but because we really don’t know how powerful it is in making us more than conquers. One of the strangest things about this season of your life is that it seems like it lasting forever.

It’s during these times of discouragement and suffering we need a word of encouragement. We need to know that the Father is behind us. We need to know that things will work out. We can have this need for encouragement and assurance met because God, through His Word and Spirit, reminds us of what we need to remember in our prayer times.

The Name of the Word-Made-Flesh on Earth Is Jesus Christ. Many spoke of the word that was going to become flesh, but many did not believe that it would ever happen. Understand many people will not try to kill words. It is when those words become reality that people want to kill destiny, but it’s too late. Before He became flesh, John called Him "The Word”. The Word-Made-Flesh existed as God and with God before He was born as a man on Earth.

We are in need of a Savior, because we are lost trying to find our way on our own because of so many distractions. We continue to pass the same place, pass the same things, pass the same people and never stop to ask the One who is standing at the intersection of life to help us because we are lost.

The second most deadly instrument is a loaded gun. The first is the human tongue. The gun merely kills bodies. The tongue kills reputations and often times ruins character.

People of God adversity comes in many shapes forms and fashions. These perplexing, confusing, and mystifying predicaments show up at the most inconvenient and awkward times in our lives, and the frustrating thing is that adversity does not need an invitation to enter your home.

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.” Galatians 5:22-23 (NKJV)
